What is Strategic Psychotherapy?


Strategic Psychotherapy is a person-centred, individualised toolkit for creating meaningful

changes in the way you approach life.


It is solution-focused and concerned with the present-day rather than the past. We harness

It is a short term therapy that quickly identifies the common distortions and biases that people run as patterns in their everyday lives. Your clinician is able to provide education on these errors in thinking and doing, replacing them with suggestions for more effective approaches to interpreting your experiences.


The Strategic approach is aimed at giving you the skills to reclaim your sense of internal control, rather than being at the mercy of external forces. It is based on the fundamental premise that change is possible and probable with the right mindset.
